How do I get my dog used to the Cofix® wellness system?

First show your dog the Cofix® Wellness System together with your vacuum cleaner.
Let your dog take its own time to look and smell the dog brush and your hoover. Than brush its fur just with the Cofix® brush to get him used to it. Leave your vacuum cleaner be switched off.
The next step is switching the vacuum cleaner on to get your dog used do the noise. Switch your vacuum cleaner on and off. If your pet shows a positive reaction, connect the brush with the vacuum cleaner and start with the lowest level.



The dog runs away when you switch on your vacuum cleaner. What could be the problem?

By using the vacuum cleaner you usally send your dog away. So your dog learned to avoid the vacuum  cleaner. Get your dog used to the vacuumk cleaner step by step.



The dog is afraid of the noise produced by the vacuum cleaner. What can I do?

There is a hose extension up to 5 meters abvailable, so the dog only hears a light hiss.



Hair always remains in the brush. Why?

If  you brush your dogs hair  properly, hair will always remain in the brush. Specialy dogs with long fur might lose a lot of hair. This way you remove tangles and excess hair and keep your dogs fur soft and shiny.


In  generel every dog can get used to the Cofix® dog brush- with pacience, dogunderstanding and a tasty dog treat almost everything is posible.
