It is very easy to clean the Cofix® brush attachments. If necessary you can also clean them in a sterilizer up to 100 degrees Celsius without being damaged.

Dear Animal Friends,

Congratulations to your Cofix® wellness system for dogs. You can choose between the following options:

A) Fur type: medium long (blue fibres)
B) Fur type: short hair rough (blue black)
C) Fur type: short hair soft (red fibres)
D) Fur type: long hair (blue/black fibres)
E) Fur type: long hair special dense (blue/transparent fibres)

Option A and B are also suitable for horses.

The Cofix® Dog Brush is not suitable for trimming. It is only to be used exclusively for the daily fur care of your pet. Clean and protect the fur skin gently- Remove parasites and insects without damaging the softer undercoat. Avoid unnecessary washing. The daily fur care with Cofix® gives you perfect results and feels like a gentle massage while ventilating the fur of your dog. Your dogs hair will be shiny and healthy and you minimize unwanted peculiar smells. 

Commissioning of your Cofix® Wellness System

1.Connect your Cofix® brush attachment with the delivered hose extension.
2.Connect the hose extension with the universal adapter to the vacuum tube.

Handling Cofix® on your dog

Make sure that fur and skin of your dog are in perfect conditions without injuries before starting to treat your pet with the Cofix® dog brush. Please make sure that the fur will be almost dry and check with your hands the perfect suction power, before using the Cofix® brush system. Note that the size of your animal and the condition of its fur is relevant.

Brush the fur with the Cofix® dog brush in a very gentle way.

Attention:
Never rest the brush for a long time on the same place. Always have the brush being moved. Belly, legs and sensitive areas have to be groomed is a special gentle way.. If necessary reduce the suction power of your vacuum cleaner.
Never touch the following parts of the body: Eyes and ears, genitals and the anus.

How do I treat nervous and insecure dogs?

With every Cofix® Wellness System we deliver a standard tube extension (1,5m)
If your dog becomes nervous by the noise of the vacuum cleaner you might extend the tube up to 5 meters if necessary. By doing so even very sensitive dogs can enjoy the Cofix® fur care system

How my dog will get used to Cofix®?

Start to show your dog the Cofix® Wellness System in connection with your vacuum cleaner. Normally every dog is getting used quite quickly to the new “room mate”.

Anxious dogs might need a little bit more time but with some patience every pet will become friendly with Cofix®. It is important to give your dog enough time to watch and smell the Cofix® dog brush in combination with the vacuum cleaner.

Brush your dog the first time only with the assembled brush system to become familiar with the tube extension and the brush attachment. Leave the vacuum cleaner be switched off.

The next step is to switch the vacuum cleaner on and having your dog getting familiar with the noise. Switch the vacuum cleaner on and off without using the Cofix® brush. Repeat as much as necessary. If your dog shows a positive reaction, connect the brush with the universal adapter to the vacuum cleaner and start on the lowest level. At first, brush in short sequences. Your dog should not be stressed. The target is the well being of your dog. Your dog should enjoy the grooming like a special share of tenderness.

After the removal of dog hair the happiness of your dog is the most important subject.
